About Family Community Church

	A Message from Pastor Bill Krause God is a big God and we are helping people to understand and to know that for their own lives. Those lives are being changed by the power of God and growth is a part of their everyday life. You don't have to change to come but coming will change your Life. Everyone who comes is presented the opportunity to be loved, change and become all they can be In Christ. We provide a loving environment, a safe harbor to develop who you are while gaining the strength and courage to become all that you have inside of you.

Family Community Church would like to welcome people from the community to come together and experience the fullness of God in everyday life. We are family-oriented, servant-motivated and have a commitment to excellence. We have an environment that assists our members with the development and nurturing of positive relationships in everyday life. We provide children with innovative and exciting programs that bring the reality of God’s Word to life. We pursue an active role in the improvement of our community.

At each service a bulletin is provided for those attending. Included in the bulletin is a schedule of services and upcoming events, and announcements. Our weekly bible readings enable you to read completely through the bible from Genesis to Revelation in one year. We also make it a point to pray for our elected officials and those in authority regularly.

The following programs, classes and services are available to anybody who is interested in being involved.

Children

Children’s classes for ages 12 and under are provided for every regularly scheduled service.

F.C.C.’s Triumphant Kids program is available to children ages 5 to 12 years on Sunday evenings. Their service begins with their own praise and worship session. Continuing with exciting activities and lessons, the children are trained to be equipped spiritually. They have a puppet show every evening as well as visitations from life-sized costumed characters.

Sunday School

Sunday School is provided for ages 0 through adult on Sunday mornings at 9:45 a.m. Each class is presented and directly related to the age group in the class. This is an opportunity for greater participation and involvement on your part, sharing each other’s viewpoints and learning more about God’s word.

We have a Pastor’s Connection Class available to all who are interested in hearing Pastor Krause explain more about the history and vision of Family Community Church. This four-week class is held on Sundays at 9:45 a.m. during our regularly scheduled Sunday School hour.

Other community programs are available to increase your daily living and giving. For example, our budget program teaches you the tools to build a budget, understanding the biblical principles, and how to support and establish God’s covenant here on earth.

Worship

We have great praise and worship and choir programs to assist your walk with the Lord, whether you want to take part during the service as part of the ministry team, or just enter in to the worship with the congregation. Our praise and worship team is always looking for new ways to expand. If you play an instrument or sing and love God please contact us.

Book Store

Family Books and Gifts, located on the corner at 6349 Watt Avenue, is a full-service Christian bookstore. Inside you will find a large selection of Bibles, books, music, gifts and greeting cards as well as T-shirts and hats. Family Books and Gifts is definitely a place you will have to stop by and see. Store hours are Monday through Friday 9:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. We are also open before and after each service.
